Payment & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment Terms

Minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking. Balance payment must be completed at least 3 days prior to departure. 100% payment is mandatory before the start of the trip. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

2. Payment Methods & Charges

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or approved payment gateways. All bank charges, remittance fees, transaction fees, and credit/debit card platform charges must be borne by the client.

3. Foreign Exchange (ROE)

For international bookings, ROE (Rate of Exchange) will be applicable on all payments including partial payments. ROE will be ■1–2 higher than XE.com rate due to transfer and conversion charges. Clients may choose to pay in quoted foreign currency to avoid ROE fluctuation.

4. TCS (Tax Collected at Source)

As per Government of India regulations, 5% TCS is applicable on international bookings. PAN Card details are mandatory for processing TCS.

5. Cancellation Policy

60 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation charges. 30–59 days before departure: 20% cancellation charges. 20–29 days before departure: 40% cancellation charges. Less than 10 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges. Cancellation timelines are calculated based on departure date.

6. Supplier-Based Cancellation

Final cancellation charges or credit note may vary depending on policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers. UNPLANNED TRIPS will make reasonable efforts to minimize losses wherever possible.

7. Refund Policy

No refund will be provided for no-show, early departure, or unused services. If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving confirmation from suppliers.

8. Credit Note Policy

If a refund is not possible, a credit note may be issued subject to supplier approval. Credit notes will have a defined validity period and must be used within the given time frame. Rebooking will be subject to availability and price differences.

9. Important Notes

All payments made towards booking indicate acceptance of this policy. Any changes in booking may attract additional charges.
