Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. Minimum 50% advance required. Balance payment must be completed minimum 3 days prior to departure. Confirmation voucher will be shared within 24–48 hours after confirmation from all end service providers.

2. Pricing & Validity

All quotations are valid for 96 hours and subject to availability. Prices may change due to supplier revisions or availability.

3. Payment Terms

100% payment must be completed before travel. ROE applicable on all payments including partial payments. ROE will be ■1–2 higher than XE rate due to transfer charges. Clients may pay in quoted foreign currency to avoid ROE fluctuation. All bank charges, remittance, credit/debit card platform fees must be borne by the client.

4. Cancellation Policy

60+ days: 10% | 30–59 days: 20% | 20–29 days: 40% | Less than 10 days: 100%. However, final cancellation or credit note depends on end service provider. We will try to minimize losses wherever possible.

5. Refund Policy

No refund for no-show, unused services, or early exit. Refund timelines 7–14 working days if applicable.

6. Inclusions & Exclusions

Only mentioned services are included. Everything else is excluded.

7. Travel & Airline Policies

Seat selection, web check-in, and airline add-ons are not included unless specified.

8. Traveller Responsibility

Valid documents required. Indian: Passport & Visa if applicable. Foreign nationals: Passport + Visa/OCI. Any denial is traveller responsibility.

9. Meals

Meals are fixed. Jain, Swaminarayan, and Non-Veg meals available only if informed in advance.

10. Liability Disclaimer

UNPLANNED TRIPS is a facilitator and not liable for delays, accidents, or third-party failures.

11. Force Majeure

No liability in case of natural disasters, political issues, or unforeseen disruptions.

12. Acceptance

Booking confirms acceptance of all terms.
